Hello my friends,
I hope this letter finds you all healthy, and happy. Well, it's that time of year again..whoo hoo! I just LOVE the holidays, don't you? This year I started listening to Christmas music in middle November. (lol) It keeps me upbeat and happy filled with the true reason for the season. Let's keep that in mind as we spend it with our loved ones. I hope you all make great memories!! I will, of course, be snapping away with the camera and camcorder too! :)
Other than just catching up on you all I wanted to inform you guys that I will be selecting 5 of you to send Christmas cards to. As a thank you for being a member and for all your support it's the least I can do. The chosen 5 will receive emails informing them of the winning. ;) Best to you all.

Hey! I hope you're not getting to sick of me emailing you guys! :) I have some great news to share with you on my project/program Natural Beauty. First of all, let me thank you guys for supporting it, and my music in all that I have done these past four years on this website has been because of your support. I thank you so much for that. This project is very close to my heart. I created it, and I've placed a lot of hard work and dedication into it. I believe in it, and I think it will help benefit those who may not have any other way to get the answers they desire. I am a very positive person, and believe to be happy you must love. When I started this a year ago I had no idea where it would go and how big it would get. This year I'm happy to say that it's getting to be known all over and I'm receiving some really great feedback on it. Yay!! Here's some updates for you on the Natural Beauty project.
1.) Starting in August we will have a Myspace page dedicated to Natural Beauty. It will help promote, and to connect people to the project. I encourage you all to join. I will place the link on my website under news, and on the NB page itself.
2.) We have made some updates to the page by adding links to other pages that help support the cause. We now have a new supporter to the page- Tamilee Webb. Tamilee is a fitness expert that has been around for awhile. I have always enjoyed working out to her tapes and have supported her all the way. Tamilee has been gracious enough to join in and help out with our fitness and nutrition part of the program. If you are interested in reading more on this please go to Natural Beauty and check out the Fitness and Nutrition page! I'm so glad she's a part of this!
3.) The page is consistantly being updated so I ask you to keep an eye out. We have added some inspirational stories from real people like you who have also decided it's time to take a stand against negative thoughts, and promotions towards women. If you haven't already put your two cents in (so to speak) please do so!

Happy Veteran's Day to all of the military men and women who make it possible for us to be free. Thank God for you!! ;)
I come from a military family. I have several family members in the service or have been in service. It's a great honor to know people fighting for freedom and for America. All of you are true heroes!!! God bless you all!

Hi everyone, First let me say that my family and I thank you for your prayers, and concern for my brother Carl. Yesterday Carl met with his heart doctors and they determined that he will have to have open heart surgery which is scheduled for this month. They are replacing a leaking valve that has been preventing blood from going back to the heart. Apparently this is a problem that is inherited, and therefore has become an issue for my family to make sure we're all checked out. My dad died from this, so this is very serious, and as a family we are praying hard for healing. I would appreciate your prayers for Carl and my family. I thank you in advance. God bless.

Hey! The pictures from the Fall Festival concert are up in the gallery for those of you interested. It was a fun show; thanks to you guys that showed up. I performed with Ronnie for the first time in a long time. I've heard many great comments on that song. I may place it on here for those of you interested. The song is called, "You're Missin' Me" and was written by Ronnie. We recorded it a few years ago for fun. You guys gave it a great reception, and we're both happy about that. We had fun, thanks!
On another note, my brother Carl won't be having his surgery tomorrow. It has been postponed for a later time because Carl caught a cold. I'll keep you guys posted on that. Thank you for all your prayers and support through this time. My family, and I appreciate it.
I have some older pictures, and cd's available for sale in the store, and more will be added throughout the week. I have been cleaning out my inventory, so some one of a kind type of things will be posted for you guys to buy.

Hi, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your thoughtfulness and prayers for my brother, and my family these past few weeks. Those prayers have been answered. Today my brother, Carl had his open heart surgery. The doctors have informed us that he is doing better than they expected in such a fast time. He's pretty much back to himself, in the way of looking, acting, and personality in general. He woke up quick, and his currently in no pain. He's feeling the blessings of all your prayers tonight. I'm so happy to see God's hand at work in this way. So many people are being blessed by this. Thank you for your continued prayer, support and showing of concern and love. I'll keep you posted on his prognosis as I can. God bless!

Hey! Just a reminder that the Natural Beauty page is up on both my website and Myspace. If you have contributed to the page thank you so much for participating! I have received some very encouraging emails about the project-soon to be- program. I'm working on making this more prominent to get the word out that it's time to stop with the negativity, and to encourage more positive action. I also wanted to inform you guys that sending a photo is not a requirement. It's simply a way to show your support, but you don't have to in order to join us. If you have a story, message, statement, or beauty tip, even comments we want you to send it. Everyone is welcomed and the more the merrier! We will post all that you send if it's appropriate to the page. I know some of you are a bit hesitant on sending a picture- please don't worry about it. I understand and your privacy is most important. However, if you can send us a picture I hope you will do so. The purpose of the gallery is to show support by showing off your natural beauty and uniqueness. I view it like wearing a ribbon. People wear ribbons that support a certain program they are in support of. That's what the photos are for. Our way to support and show support for sending a clear, positive body image message. Thank you to all you gallery members! :)
My third release, Diamond Moon has been placed on the website for members to download including a bonus free track. The cd release for this album will not be for awhile. There won't be many cd's available. It will only be on cdbaby and my website as well.
I wanted to share with you some information about the release. This album has songs that have been recorded over a 10 yr. span. There are some recent tracks along with older ones. I made this for you guys to hear some of my early recordings with some newer ones. I'm working on a "new' album that will feature all new songs. This will be released at a later time. I'm also working on a "best of" cd that will feature some of my top downloaded tracks from 2004-2008. This will also be released at a later time, but sooner than the new cd. I can't get into too many details right now, but your support and understanding is mostly appreciated.

Hey! I hope you guys had a great Easter. I spent it with my family and friends. My mom cooked the best meal, yummy! I took some pics that I will be posting soon. I'd love to hear how you guys spent your holiday. :)
Well, I've finally have some new songs uploaded to Myspace, as well as the player here. These songs are not "new" new, but are new to you all. (If that makes sense.) I recorded them a few years ago. The one song that I'm singing back up to for Ronnie Haig was done in 2002. I thought it would be cool to play you guys some songs that I worked on for other people years before "Shades" came out. Then the song "Somethin' Bout You Baby" was recorded a few years ago with Ronnie as a fun duet. We had a blast recording it! I hope you all enjoy it. I'm placing that song on my third cd. which I have named, Diamond Moon. It will be available later this year, probably around late summer. I have some info to share with you guys on this. As many of you know downloads are becoming more popular than physical cd's and with the technology to print out your own labels etc. of the cd's it's becoming the mainstream way of selling music. This cd will be categorized with my other two, meaning we will only be selling a certain amount of them. The rest will be driven into digital downloads. I wanted to clear up the misunderstanding that I was discontinuing cd's altogether. That is completely false. I am still into physical cd's and as long as I can have them made, I will.
Moving on, I am still working on the dvd and a video for you all. I know it seems I'm taking forever..but it's because..I am. :) Honestly, it's not my fault. It's circumstance after circumstance. I hope to have it out at least by the time the cd is. Thanks for your patience!
I've begun working with a new songwriting partner. She's a good friend of mine, and I think you'll be hearing a new sound from us soon. I will give you guys some info on this as I can. I might place some rough mixes on the site too. You guys give such great ideas and opinions. Thank you!!
